  • Our 1:1 coaching offers a confidential space for leaders to stretch into their full potential. We partner with executives, middle managers, and emerging leaders to strengthen self-awareness, emotional intelligence, and leadership presence.     Typical engagement: 8 - 10x sessions over 4 months

  • Our 2:2 coaching model pairs two colleagues (like co-leaders, peers, or direct report-manager pairs) with two experienced coaches.     What You Can Expect:

    • Real-time feedback and facilitation from both coaches

    • Clear alignment around shared goals and expectations

    • Growth in emotional intelligence and mutual accountability

    Typical engagement: 8 - 12x 90-minute sessions

  • Team coaching helps functional teams move from reactive to resilient. We work with leadership teams, departments, and cross-functional groups to build trust, strengthen communication, and align around shared goals.

    What You Can Expect:

    • Discovery phase to understand team strengths and challenges

    • Co-created vision and agreements for the coaching journey

    • Space for difficult conversations and skill-building that stick

    Typical engagement: 6 - 8x 90-minute sessions
